    Delivery and Return Policy

    We provide free delivery to New Territories, Kowloon, and Hong Kong Island for orders over 600. The delivery time is from 9 am to 6 pm (no specified time)

    There is a $300 surcharge for outlying island deliveries.

    Same-day orders placed after 12:00 or urgent deliveries will incur an additional fee of $200.

    If the customer requests flowers to be delivered at a very specific time (such as 7pm), we will charge an additional fee of 150 yuan.

    If the bouquet you received has any quality problems, such as damage or not in accordance with the order, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt and we will try our best to arrange a replacement. We generally do not accept returns unless there are obvious quality problems or wrong delivery of the bouquet itself.
